Promotion Rules

• –  You must be an existing OUR Energy customer with good credit standing.  If you aren’t one yet then sign up now!

• –  Only New Qualified Customer referrals are valid. A customer, customer spouse or household member could not have previously had an OUR Energy account in the past.
• –  Should any of the referred individual(s) charge back, commit credit card, ACH fraud or any other type of fraud, the $25 credit received for that individual will be debited from your account.
• –  Each $25 Credit is applicable only to the account holder’s account and is strictly for energy usage.   It may not be cashed out.
• –  If you are a New Signup, you cannot refer yourself.
• –  You will be credited the $25 to your account after we receive the referred friend’s first month’s payment in full.
• –  The promotion is not retrospective. You cannot claim referrals made prior to this promotion.
• –  The promotion is non transferable.
